Ecclesia "Cle” Holmes, originally from Ellenwood, Georgia, is a young and successful Entrepreneur, Mentor, Workshop Facilitator and Motivational Speaker. Ms. Holmes is a proud graduate of Georgia State University, where she received her Bachelor’s in Sociology and with a double minor in English and Psychology. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling at her alma mater. After receiving her degree she intends to provide free counseling services to young mothers to assist them in achieving wellness.

Ms. Holmes is the Founder and CEO of My Soul 2 Keep, Inc. that reaches young mothers in promoting positive parenting, financial stability, self-efficacy and a support system. Ms. Holmes inspires women of all ages by sharing real life experiences and being an example of what it looks like to keep moving. She speaks genuinely from her heart in hopes that it will help heal others and also prevent people from making the same mistakes.

Ms. Holmes’ life reached a turning point when she gave birth to her son, Dillan. Parenting, on top of being a full time student and employee, left her searching for support, but finding a lack of one. “The worst feeling,” Ms. Holmes reflects, “is being alone. I think that if people shared more it would be easier to find support when we are in tough situations.”  Ms. Holmes persevered, and wanted to encourage and remind others they could do the same. Fueled by her passion to help others, she decided to create an organization that promoted encouragement and support through sharing experiences, after realizing that she was not the only one dealing with life's challenges. The mission of My Soul 2 Keep is to provide inspiration, knowledge, resources and support to women so that they may lead positive fulfilling lives.

Ms. Holmes volunteers her time with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and Project Open Hand Atlanta. She is a proud member of several organizations including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Delta Epsilon Iota Honor Society, and Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society for professional counselors and counselor educators. Ms. Holmes recently received the 2014 Karen Lopp Award in recognition of a Commitment to Multicultural Issues and Social Injustice through Advocacy and Service.

Ms. Holmes is determined to inspire and impact the lives of others, letting them know that we can all persevere past our challenges and circumstances. Her son, family and friends are a huge source of inspiration
‚Äčfor her, and she loves spending time with them. When not working, Ms. Holmes enjoys reading, watching movies and being with her son.
